Mission Statement Lutheran Social Services of Indiana is a social ministry organization guided and sustained by the love of Jesus Christ. We will serve those in need, particularly those with few options and opportunities. Who We Are Lutheran Social Services of Indiana is a ministry of the Lutheran Church. The agency is recognized by The Lutheran Church Missouri Synod and affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Values As an agency of the Lutheran church, our staff, volunteers, members of our Board of Directors and committees reflect these values which are consistent with the Christian faith. - Faith in Christ and His Word - Respect for all people - Integrity in resources and relations - Commitment to Excellence in all that we do - Service as an extension of Faith The services we provide are intended to embody the love and grace-filled forgiveness that Jesus Christ gives. The wisdom and empowerment of His lifesaving works are the foundation upon which we serve.
