LSSI has over 60 full-time and part-time staff members serving through 14 programs. Our staff includes Clinical Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists. Our counseling staff hold Master degrees in social work or related fields. Staff providing other services are qualified by Bachelor degrees and/or other training and experience.

We have 10 Family Development Specialists on staff, certified by the University of Iowa, and 13 Professional Staff Members licensed by the State of Indiana to provide mental health services. Our staff members serve at the state and national levels in family, social service, and adoption organizations including National Council for Adoption.
